Rescheduling:

Students are allowed to reschedule a class one time only. To request a reschedule, please notify the trainer at least 48 hours before the scheduled class start time. For rescheduling requests, please contact Halim: 98482190

Late Cancellations:

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled class start time are not eligible for rescheduling or refunds.

No-Shows:

Students who fail to attend a class without prior cancellation or rescheduling will not be eligible for a rescheduled class.

Management Cancellation:

The management reserves the right to cancel or postpone a class on short notice due to unforeseen circumstances, such as low enrollment or the unavailability of the chef.

Affected students will be notified promptly via email or phone.

Refund for Management Cancellation:

If a class is cancelled by the management, affected students may choose to receive a full refund or reschedule for a future class. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3 business days.
