Sisterscookies does not store complete payment card details on its own systems where payment processing is handled by a third-party payment provider.

4. Baking Class Bookings

When you purchase a baking class, your payment confirms your booking and reserves your place.

Class places are subject to availability.

Unless otherwise stated, baking class payments are non-refundable.

Students may reschedule a class once by providing at least 48 hours’ notice before the scheduled class start time. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the class, no-shows and other circumstances covered by our Return & Refund Policy are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.

5. Digital Products and Online Learning

Digital products and online learning materials are provided for the purchaser’s personal use unless otherwise stated.

You may not:

• Copy or reproduce paid learning materials for commercial purposes
• Share your account or login credentials with another person
• Upload or distribute our paid videos, recipes, courses or other materials
• Sell, sublicense, redistribute or commercially exploit our learning content
• Record or reproduce classes or paid learning content without our written permission
