Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Sisterscookies. We are committed to providing quality baking classes, programmes, products and learning experiences.

This Return & Refund Policy explains our policies regarding cancellations, rescheduling, returns and refunds for purchases made through the Sisterscookies website.

By making a purchase through our website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this policy.

1. Baking Classes

1.1 Payments

Payment for a baking class confirms your booking and reserves your place in the class.

Once payment has been made, class fees are non-refundable, except where the class is cancelled by Sisterscookies or where otherwise required by applicable law.

1.2 Rescheduling

Students may reschedule a baking class once.

To request a rescheduling, please contact us at least 48 hours before the scheduled class start time.

Rescheduling is subject to class availability. The new class date must be agreed with Sisterscookies and may be subject to availability of the requested class.

1.3 Late Cancellation

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the scheduled class start time are not eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

1.4 No-Show

If a student does not attend a scheduled class without providing prior notice or completing an approved rescheduling request, the booking will be treated as a no-show.

No-shows are not eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

1.5 Late Arrival

Students are responsible for arriving on time for their scheduled class.

Late arrival may result in reduced class time or the student being unable to participate in certain parts of the class, depending on the circumstances. No refund or rescheduling will be provided due to late arrival.

2. Class Cancellation or Postponement by Sisterscookies

Sisterscookies reserves the right to cancel or postpone a class when necessary due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to chef or trainer availability, insufficient enrolment, venue issues, safety concerns or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If Sisterscookies cancels a class, affected students will be notified as soon as reasonably possible by email, phone or other contact details provided at the time of booking.

Where a class is cancelled by Sisterscookies, students may choose either:

  • to reschedule to another available class, or
  • to receive a full refund of the amount paid for the cancelled class.

Approved refunds will be made to the original payment method, where practicable, within 3 business days after the refund has been approved. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

3. Digital Products and Online Learning Content

Due to the nature of digital products and online learning content, purchases may be non-refundable once access has been provided, downloaded or used.

Unless otherwise stated on the relevant product or programme page, digital products and online learning content are non-refundable once access has been granted.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing purchased content, please contact us so that we can investigate and assist you.

Where a technical issue is caused by Sisterscookies and cannot reasonably be resolved, Sisterscookies may, at its discretion, provide an alternative form of access, replacement content or an appropriate refund.

4. Physical Products

For physical products purchased through our website, please contact us if your order arrives damaged, defective or materially different from what was ordered.

You should contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order and provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs or other relevant evidence of the product and packaging

We will review the matter and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit or refund, where applicable.

Products that have been opened, used, altered, damaged after delivery or stored improperly may not be eligible for a return or refund.

Perishable, made-to-order or food products may not be eligible for return unless they are defective, damaged upon delivery or otherwise covered by applicable consumer rights.

5. Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive an incorrect or incomplete order, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

We may request photographs or other information to help us verify the issue.

Where an error is confirmed to have been made by Sisterscookies, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include sending the missing or correct item or issuing a refund where applicable.

6. Refunds

Where a refund is approved, the refund will generally be made to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, payment gateway or other payment provider.

Sisterscookies is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers after a refund has been processed by us.

7. Promotional and Discounted Purchases

Unless otherwise stated, promotional, discounted or special-price purchases are subject to the same cancellation and refund conditions stated on the relevant product or programme page and in this policy.

Certain promotions may have additional terms, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.

8. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict or limit any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable Singapore law.

9. Contact Us

If you have questions about a cancellation, rescheduling request, return or refund, please contact us through the contact details provided on our website.
