Day 2 — AI Marketing, Copywriting, Costing & Customer Management
Learn how to use ChatGPT as a practical marketing assistant and work on:
- Sales posts and customer replies
- Payment replies
- Content for Facebook, Instagram and Facebook Groups
- Posts, Reels and Stories
- Recommended posting times
- Product costing and pricing
- Utility cost calculations
- Customer service and service recovery
Day 3 — From Product to Market
Put the work from the first two days into action with your own product.
You will work on:
- Food photography using a handphone
- Composition, angles, presentation, lighting and background
- Using AI to enhance the presentation surrounding your actual food photograph
- Arranging customer deliveries through Lalamove
- Final product costing based on your actual production
- Preparing and posting your product on Facebook and Instagram
- Connecting the complete sales process from product to customer

Participants also learn how to approach new product launches through R&D, costing, packaging, photography, copywriting and pricing, as well as how to plan products and sales ahead for the month.
